when you submit an assignment, we receive: your telegram username, the assignment file you send, your deadline, and any notes you include. we do not ask for your full name, student ID, or institution unless you choose to share it.
your document is used solely for the purpose of reviewing and providing feedback. we do not train AI models on your work, publish it, or share it with anyone else.
assignment files and chat history are kept for 30 days after completion, then permanently deleted. if you want your data deleted sooner, just ask on telegram.
all communication happens via telegram. telegram's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through their platform. we do not store your telegram data outside of the chat.
we never see or store your bank details. payments are made via direct bank transfer between you and us. only the transaction reference is kept for record-keeping.
